Do Not Update To 1.2 As Of Yet. Keep a backup of your 1.1 for now and do not update if you wish to continue to play on the server. If you update, you're going to have to wait a long time for both Bukkit and all of our plugin developers to update their stuff for the new Bukkit code. Hang tight, it shouldn't be too long.
